You mean Anonymous-san? I actually spoke to him a few weeks ago (on /a/, of all places) after linking to one of his old articles. He mentioned there was some bullshit being spewed about him in /v/.

They do, albeit very rarely. Unless someone is directly linking CP, just about anything goes.
