Accelerator spam
In a strange way, I actually have some respect for this guy. He's a textbook example of why CAPTCHA is
not always an effective anti-spam solution, and it must have taken him quite some time to amass his proxy/verification pool.
I tend to avoid /a/ so I'm not sure what it's like there, but on /g/ he mostly seems to spam shit threads, usually with Touma. Of course he occasionally does it just to be a dick or even spams new threads, which is a pain.
What 4chan really needs is active mods. moot needs to learn to recruit mods outside of his circle of friends; most of them seem quite lazy and only have an affinity for certain boards. The speed of the boards isn't really an excuse either--most shitposts do get reported by the userbase, and world4ch is practically unmoderated.
