Deus Ex consistency

So... Bob page left Morgan Everett's wing to fund MJ-12, because morgan wouldn't let him have much say on the illuminati's decisions.
But, at the start of DE:HR, we see him have a conference with the illuminati members.
Care to explain?

DE:HR has a lot of plot holes in regard to Deus Ex as a whole. For example, it's meant to be, what 25 years before Deus Ex 1? But there are emails from Nicolette DuClair in the game when she wouldn't even be born.

Icarus claimed that the real Nicolette is in a cryogenic state. This may be true.

I also find it strange that NO ending has coherence to the storyline. SPOILERS:
Assuming that you framed Humanity Front, you'd think that Sarif Industries would be active in DE1.
If you framed Sarif, Lots of people would have died due to the lack of neuroproxine shots, yet, there are lots of people with gen-1 augments in DE1 (Gunther and Anna, for example). There should be some reference about Sarif industries, or Tai Yong Medical.
If chose technological oblivion (LOL UNEXPECTED ENDING), nothing of DE1 could have happened.
If you chose to sink panchaea, like in the pro-purist ending, there should be some mention of the facility.

I'm not entirely sure, but i think there are some reports about "augmentation rampage" on some datapads, possibly referring to the rampage on DE:HR.

Are you sure those aren't from beth duclare or anything? I never paid much attention to that personally. The whole thing about the duclare family is a bit of a blur to me.

I wouldn't be so sure. The entire bubble burst on the industry. I think the "tech obvlivion" ending makes sense. Since mechanical augmentation technology DOES go down the shitter pre deus ex. As far as consumer grade tech goes, deus ex is really stagnant and way behind.

Also, note that bob page is talking about the nanotech virus. It was my understanding that only MJ12 and page were involved in developing this, not the entire illuminati.
