MMO

Alright i want to find a MMO which has these characteristics.
*free(not free trial/beta), with minimum cash shop involvement
*Does not have GameGuard or similar crapware bundled
*Does not require players to join clans or groups
*Plays on medium settings for 2002-2005 era computers with no dedicated video
Bonus:
*Can be quitted or disconnected at will without much penalty to ingame chars
*Game does not require stable connection and has low broadband use

Hellgate London, rereleased as a Korean MMO where the only thing "special" about the cash shop is a skill booster (+1 to a skill per booster, maximum of 10 used per character) and the Act 3 ticket... which you can buy with in game money easily enough by the time you reach where you need it.

AND BEFORE ANYONE BITCHES ABOUT HELLGATE, DID YOU PLAY IT? OR DID YOU JUST LISTEN TO FUCKING REVIEWS? It was plagued by bugs on release, but they fixed it! It's a damn fine game, one of my favorites actually. Very glad i can play multiplayer on it again. I still own my disc, so I can play singleplayer too.
