Nope, but when you start playing untranslated games, some things stick. The only moon I know is katakana and the kanji for left and right because of that fucking chocolate minigame.

There are guides out there despite not being in English to help out when getting stuck. This series has a healthy non-Nipponese fanbase.

Depends on how you want to look at it. Karen is a total flaming lesbian and I love her for it that thinks girl's are the cutest when in love. The girls act as actual friends instead of rivals that would have BITCHES&WHORES taken your man in the previous games, and they also replace the little boy that gets you information.

They do have endings, but I haven't gotten them yet.
