Nintendo ditching the Wiimote?

Shows the new controller for Project Cafe will be more like an old one, minus the big screen on top.

Damn, I sure hope Nintendo doesn't do away with the awesomeness the Wiimote provided (besides backward compatibility... blech XP ) and at least announces a redesign later this year with Cafe branding.  This looks more like the connectivity mess we "put up" with on GC.

Dude I'm not surprised.  Even if this IS fake there are a few things you need to know:

1.) The Wiimote gives you, out of all things, CARPAL TUNNEL!!  Yeah the kind of thing that breaks your wrist in half and bleeds out of your fingers.

2.) Project Cafe?  More like Project Aintgonnahappen.  What you'll be seeing this E3 is a cardboard box with "Wii2" drawn with scented marker.

3.) Kinect and Move for PS3 both failed awesomely in that you look like a nerd just like with Wii.  And frankly, if we see an old controller on a new system we should be cheering, CAUSE IT'S THE ONLY ONE THAT WORKS!!

4.) Fucking finally: HALO!  BEER!  POON!  GET SOME NOW OR YOULL DIE OF BOREDOM!!!!
