Steam contributing to America's girth

Hi there.

I'm a grad student studying nutrition. I have to write a proposal for a dissertation. A topic I find interesting is the effect Steam has had on young people. Specifically I want to know if buying games online with one click instead of going to the video game store has made any significant impact on health. Also do the Steam sales mean more games and therefore more girth?

I just need to know if any of you would be willing to participate in my research. I'd only send you 2 surveys regarding the above.

i only buy games when theres a big sale 50/75% off, thats the only point of steam

if theres something i want enough to pay full price, ill go to a store and buy the CE/LE if one is offered

Forgot mention, I only buy games during steam sales because I think all of todays games are mostly shit and not worth more than 2-5 bucks.

So steam offers me the opportunity to play games I wouldn't normally have the opportunity to play. I'm not a piratefag. Like bioshock is a piece of shit but it was almost worth 5 bucks, I'd say it was worth 3 bucks to be honest, even when it was first released. Also steam allows me to play games that would normally have shitty DRM.
