ITT: We try to help eachother remember games

I remember this one PS1 game that was pretty much a Jurrasic Park fighting game where you fought dinosaurs.

There was this old fighting game for the pc where all the characters were robots... I can't really remember much else about it , unfortunately. :/ I played it around 1997 or so, but I'm pretty sure it was a bit older than that.
