GTA IV Pop-Up Issues

I recently got new hardware from my dad, faster ram and a Phenom II X3 720 which is a giant upgrade from an Athlon 64 X2 5000+

Every game runs better, especially GTA IV which didnt run smoothly even with lowest settings on my old machine. Now it does even on highest details, no framerate issues whatsoever.

However, now I have pop-up issues. Not only when I drive fast but also when I turn around the camera for example, hi-res textures and models take like a second to load then and its really annoying.

Wat do?

Stop playing a shitty game.
