When i was younger (now 20) my friend had this old clue style adventure PC game where the opening scene you wake up and your character is dazed or something and he stumbles out and starts walking around to find a murder scene and its his gf that is murdered and you find all these clues and end up going to a carnival that takes you to a alternate scifi alien world. I was like 9 when I remember playing it, anyone got a name or heard of it? All I remember is that the alien world was kinda creepy, and you got to it through the mirror maze at the carnival after getting a weight lifter at the carnival to lift a anvil off a cooler box, I remember it being a little difficult at the time to figure the clues out, somebody has to know!

Sounds like Darkseed 2, it's shit though.
