Don't any of you miss Nintendo, too? The legend of Zelda, Super mario, Mario 64, Super Smash Brothers..I miss them..A lot.Yes, I've played Twilight Princess, and I've played SSBB, and I love those games..Too bad I can't buy them..
I miss the old games..I miss GTA..Ever since they put realism into GTA IV, it's been crap..I miss Fatal Frame, and Silent Hill..
Seriously, I can't play any of the new games now..I keep renting them, and playing them, but I'm never satisfied. Why? Because...Being a gamer from the 90s, I'm just not used to the change in things..
Games are so predictable now..Left 4 dead, shoot some zombies, big whoop..Resident evil 5, shoot some zombies..
Games just feel so predictable now. See, stuff like Silent Hill Homecoming, Fatal Frame, Dead Space, and yeah, even Dead Rising..I enjoyed those games because it wasn't bland to the point where, the whole purpose of the game stands out, like in L4D..It's clear that you shoot zombies, and go to the safe room.
And Zelda had..A lot of fun stuff cramped into one. In some parts, it was scary, some parts it was sad..There was drama with a fun mix of humor..Hell, Even the epicness of fighting Ganon, or just the relaxing fun traveling Hyrule field, listening to the music.
Am I the only one who sees the dull change in video games now? The only one who sees that the change in plot? Now, it's all about firing a gun in most games..
And I feel a little childish that Midna is my most favorite video game character, when I'm a guy and..ALSO, TWILIGHT PRINCESS WAS RELEASED IN 2006
I miss the old classics..I miss the fun I had in exploring, not knowing what I'd run into next. Being unprepared..
Dead Rising was my first video game ever to play on the 360...And it was the best choice I've ever made...But after Dead Rising, things went downhill..
I was hoping maybe some of you would understand me and...Give me a list of games that I might enjoy..
I guess I still love Nintendo..Even if people hate their Wii, I always defend it at every turn..I miss Nintendo
Hah...Going through the Shadow Temple unprepared, having to memorize each step because I was all OCD about wasting my magic...And then, facing Bongo Bongo with only 3 hearts, and screaming "FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU-" once I found out that when he hits, he takes away half your life.
Or fighting Phantom Ganon, and freaking out over what picture he'll come out of next.
And how the hell can I forget that stupid owl Kaepora Gaebora? I hated that stupid f**king owl.
