jap rpgs

i got chrono trigger for the DS, its pretty cool. before now the only jap rpg i played final fantasy 7 and that was pretty rubbish. i usually enjoy the better rpgs like baldurs gate and fallout. what are some good rpgs similar to chrono trigger?

Any game with the phrase "Final Fantasy Tactics" in the title is worth playing.  The original for PSX/PSP is GOD TIER.
