buy every immunity, then transmission methods

once you have infected everyone or almost everyone, start killing them

I sold the effects, bought immunities up to 2 for all, then bought air/water transmission. BUT once the virus widespreads, the nations start to notice it and shut off. I cannot infect all. There are always 2-4 nations who are clean. I think it seems it is impossible to do.

Not only madagascar but some others, too. They notice me even without any first effects once you infect a lot of nations.
