I just raised a Mantine up to level 35 before I realized that its horribly horribly flawed. It's Attack levels are insanely low, despite a large amount of EV points and using Pokesav to open up and check its IV level (did not alter, only glanced). All of its good non-water attacking moves are P-Attack only :(
Granted, its SPDef is through the roof, what good is having a pokemon who can only learn P-Attack moves when its P-Attack is LOWEST TIER POSSIBLE IT MAKES NO SENSE D;
And that pokemon looked so cool too D:
