Arcade game ideas

I'm bored this weekend and wanna mess around in XNA.  Anyone have any ideas on a simple low-artwork game to make?  Something like Geoemtry Wars, or similiar.  Just pure arcade fun.

what about a game where you are a human shit, and you have to navigate down a colon to get to the anus hole, if you make it out you win! andthen there would be a bonus level where you got flushed and had to navigate down some pipes.
