So those damn oblivion mods refuse to work

They worked fine until last time I started Oblivion, and that was after I installed NET framework so I could use the mod manager.
God damnit, this never happened before, and the usual nature texture mods and the like works. But the companion mods won't work. That mod with the jojo which enables posing won't work either

What exactly is the problem?
If a mod is not working it can either be you haven't installed the mod correct or your mods are in a wrong load order. Please use Wrye Bash and list the modlist here (Wrye Bash can copy the mod load list).
