So those damn oblivion mods refuse to work

They worked fine until last time I started Oblivion, and that was after I installed NET framework so I could use the mod manager.
God damnit, this never happened before, and the usual nature texture mods and the like works. But the companion mods won't work. That mod with the jojo which enables posing won't work either

Deactivate all mods, then start Oblivion and test it. Then add one mod after another until you find out which one is not working.
