Too much vidya, not enough time/resources

I continuously am in the dillema in having to keep up with all the vidya.  There is so many I haven't played, never finished, don't have the money and/or console for, good enough computer, coming out, just came out and I didn't even know about it,  etc.  How do you cope with the too much vidya? 

Would help if we knew what kinda shit you had already.
