So, everytime I ask about this I seem to get either really vague responses or no response at all, but here is my question:
How exactly do you go about emulating SNES/GENESIS or whatever, in detail? Do you need a certain program? Do you have to downgrade if you have a newer version PSP? Obviously there is more too it then I can seem to figure out, and google only turns up results from way back in the day.
Any help would be appreciated.
Also in b4 "You just play them" or other just as useless responses I seem to usually get.
