favorite color Yoshi?

The colorful Yoshies are my favorite characters in Mario games, they have different kind of abilities such as powers (Super Mario World) and favorite fruit (Yoshi's Story).

For obvious reasons, my favorites would be the Black and White Yoshies from Yoshi's Story, they eat chili peppers and have other abilities that the others don't have, and they had exploding eggs,and all fruit was there favorite.

Remember when the Red Yoshi breathed fire, the Yellow Yoshi can stomp, and the Blue Yoshi can fly with wings? I wish the Yoshi powers from Super Mario World returned in later games, they were awesome.

Oh, and speaking of which, Yoshi will fly and breathe fire in the upcoming Super Smash Brothers Brawl. See for yourself.

You claim to agree that the gameplay was awesome, but you complain about the hover jump?  The hover jump added a lot of depth to that game.

Yoshi, too cute?  He was cute from the beginning.  They just added to his personality because he was the main character of Island.  Yoshi's Island with SMW's Yoshi would have been a lot less interesting.

Finally, you really can tell who played the SNES original from those who played the GBA port by seeing who whines about Yoshi's voice.
