Somebody releases a virus that causes an entire cities women to get pregnant with zombies. You have to go around and kill these women as they beg for their lives because although they are the mothers of demon spawn they still have control over themselves and don't want to be beaten to death with crowbars. Also, it takes place in the US and most of the women are mexican immigrants! Not only that but the main character is a newcomer to the RE series: White Power Cancer Boy armed to the teeth with weapons he got for border patrol. It also involves tons of new interactive cutscenes like clubbing baby seals to death in the zoo with bats use their fats as lubricant to restore health! The merchant now sells crack instead of first-aid spray, and instead of the RE4 merchant, it's his black friend named Tyrone.
Depth is added by not all of the people are infected, so you shouldn't kill them. Unless they are Jewish, Catholic, or Muslim. And the gameplay is better then ever because now the Camera doesn't move again!
