feel, pain, inferior, beings, etc.
something baffles me about kratos, but i won't say it because it's very spoilery.

I disliked the game overall. The battles, although actually action packed, didn't involve ANYTHING but running and pressing the A button or abusing magic. Boss battles were the same. They really should have just made it turn based, it was no different except that you ran around a little bit.

Music was, might I say, horrible. I got this and Baten Kaitos; Baten Kaitos KILLED ToS. There isn't one song I liked, and yes, I beat the whole game.

Story wasn't very compelling, but only due to the dull characters. The voice acting wasn't too terrible, but the overall character interaction leaved a lot to be desired.

Yes, yes and yes.

You just bashed away at the A button throughout the whole thing. Involved no dodging (shallow 'shield move' doesn't count) , just hammer away with the attack, kill, be automatically moved onto the next enemy, repeat. At least turn-based requires strategy and timing.

Music was rubbish too, I agree.

Some of the most dull characters I've ever come acroos in a mainstream RPG. Lloyd "the dumbass", grey haired teacher and midget the boring "smartasses", everyone else the "quiet one". And the "quiet one" is only really effective when there's, well, one. Sheena's the only half interesting one, and even then...

I guess all that's hence why I hate it when people say: ToS is perfect, I love Kratos and Lloyd ^_^
