OK, so I've been playing Stalker for a few weeks now with no problems and just recently it's decided to start crashing for no reason about 3 minutes into playing.
can anyone help?

Hey guys, I've been getting a weird problem where my game crashes whenever I get within a certain radius of the hangar place in the Garbage.
I first thought it was the game trying to open a sound file of an SOS call or something but it can't find the file (this is during a protect the stalker encampment mission around the time I need to go see the Doctor at Streloks hideout or head off to Chernobyl), so I got a legal copy of the game thinking it was a problem with the copy, it wasn't and it still crashed. Then I thought it was due to lack of ram and I got an extra gigabyte, still didn't work. I have version 1.0003 and my system specs are at the recommended level to play.
This is a problem because I really want to go continue the meet the Doctor mission but I can't because the link to the Agroprom is within the radius of the hangar that crashes me.
