Given that he has been going for adoption either option seems to be valid, either because we could potentially damage his case or he's currently involved in some legal wrangling/similar.
I'm assuming this means there have been no new threads by him since Chapter 23 (in Wikichan measurements, for lack of a better guide), at least not that anyone widely saw?

If ampu-chan would maybe like a penpal with someone else with PTSD, shoot me an email. Obviously this email is used only for this post, but I'll check it every few days for the next month or so. Yeah, creepy adult wants to talk with loli, but I'm a chick, emotionally stunted to 10-12 years old thanks to several PTSD-inducing incidents, and obviously every bit of communication would go through Nurse-kun, so he could make sure it was all kosher. I just know that having someone you can rant to that will actually understand can help immensely when dealing with a mental trauma. Even if you just need to vent some anger at a therapy setback...
Meh, just hoping I can help her recovery in some small way. I know my lack of caring parents, similar lack of friends, inability to open up to therapists who claimed to understand, and little social contact set me back by years.
