Really though, it's still a level 1 Togepi, and I'm cranking happiness by movement. Should I evolve it to a Togetic at level 2 and then go to Togekiss, or wait? Not sure how to go about it; ending moveset should be:

Air Slash
Aurasphere
Roost
Also, anyone have any idea where to find Leftovers on Diamond/Pearl?
