It's hard to find games like Morrowind because it's open endedeness is leagues above most games.
But Neverwinter Nights 2 is really good

BTW. San Andreas is also MMO with MP mod ;)

Gothic, Vampire the Masquerade and Freelancer are the only others I can think of you may like.
