We need to legalize duels.
It would solve many problems.
And, even if we didn;t, we should be more like Italy where if you kill someone in a duel, your sentenced with like... 34th degree man-slaughter and punished to about a week or two in jail, max.

Duels are legal. It's called 'self-defense'. If someone gives you attitude you can egg them into attacking you and then you can rip them apart. If you're actually capable of that.

Duels have been illegal for a while now, and the winner can be charged with murder since it was premeditated. Also, egging someone into attacking you makes you just as responsible for the fight, so if you hurt or kill them criminal charges can be brought up.
