The Effects of WoW on the physical body

Name: Anonymous 2007-02-04 22:14

I don't play WoW but like 80% of my friends do. And I'm not particularly complaining but I find it somewhat humorous that the conversations that they have practically consist of WoW.

Oh, and if you don't know WoW is World of Warcraft, which you do know about...trust me.

What I'm going to show is a picture of Matt Smith. A normal Slidellian boy with hopes and dreams like any other person, who has friends and loves. He plays guitar and is quite handsome. He is on the left and seams harmless and is probably about to giggle. He is pretty sensitive.<a href="http://photobucket.com/"; target="_blank"><img src="http://i131.photobucket.com/albums/p314/VagrantWing/Jan-1.jpg"; border="0" alt="Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting"></a>
<P>
Now the next picture is going to be almost grotesque. This is at Kyle's house at around 2 or 3 in the morning in he is no longer Matt that we know and love (some of us hate him but whatev!)
He is <B>Wilder</B> a Tauren Hunter fighting for the Horde!
He loses his humanity while  he is in this game world and he looks physically different as you can see. And he has an almost <B>evil</B> grin on his face, probably killing some helpless Alliance member.<a href="http://photobucket.com/"; target="_blank"><img src="http://i131.photobucket.com/albums/p314/VagrantWing/Jan-2.jpg"; border="0" alt="Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting"></a>
<P>
Here is another picture a few seconds later and "up close and personal". You can see that there is nothing within those eyes. Only a remnant of what he was. His soul is an another plane of existance.<a href="http://photobucket.com/"; target="_blank"><img src="http://i131.photobucket.com/albums/p314/VagrantWing/Jan-3.jpg"; border="0" alt="Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting"></a>
<P>
Now, I'm not condemning players of WoW. Just merely letting each of you, that you are the farthest that one can be from attractive as can possibly be. And the inside...is probably similiar.

yeah what a waste of time playing WoW is! I quit and am now spending 50 hours a week WORKING instead, its much better - and pays the bills.

There are almosty no Korean gold farmers, but there's an estimated 100,000 Chinese who "farm" MMORPG gold. And no, they make around $5-10 a day. But of course, that's much more than they'd be making with a real job in most cases. The people who manage the gold farmers, sell the gold, have the American credit cards/ebay accounts are those who make the real money. All you need to run a gold-farming "sweatshop", so to speak, is a substantial amount of money to start off with, decent web-building skills, and the ability to speak, read, and write both English and Chinese.
