there's a chest located south of castle town that i can't figure out how to get to. the chest is in the middle of the steps leading to the castle, and it's atop a pedestal surrounded by a fountain and the banisters of the stairs. nothing i throw at it seems to be able to knock it down, nothing around it lets me climb up and jump to it, and i even tried getting epona up the steps but she wont go past the little flower boxes surrounding the fountain. does anyone know how to get up there? even if it's not a heart piece i need the rupees.
also, what's the fastest way to get money? i wanna fill my 1000 rupee capacity wallet so i can use the magic armor in the last rooms of the cave of ordeals. i've exhausted the bug girl and almost every chest with an orange rupee i can think of without checking a guide and going through them one by one.

alright. it worked. i got the chest. now another problem. while i was on top of the tower you hookshot to, i saw that the tower on the otherside had a chest on top of it. i know those ropes are there for a reason, but i still can't seem to get to the other side. i change into the wolf, walk the first rope, then i'm at a dead end. nothing apparent to me is available to get me to the other side... any help on this one?
