Can you get banned from WoW here?

If I break their rules and say, link to cheats or unreleased content here on 4chan, can they trace down my IP and ban me from WoW?  I thought those rules are only valid on their forums.

yea if that happened then anyone who named their character 'anonymous' on WoW would be catching a lot of shit
