Glitch In Lego Star Wars 2

I have been playing through Lego Star Wars II: The Original Trilogy on my PS2 and having a blast. The game has a lot of humor and hidden stuff.

However, I am having a problem on Chapter Five of the Empire Strikes Back. The episode is called "Cloud City Trap" by the way. Whenever I play this level in Free Play Mode, a glitch occurs where after I retrieve a mini-kit canister. In the area where you fight Darth Vader for the second time, there is a small vent through which a small character like a Jawa can crawl through. You do this, and end up in a cage with a mini-kit canister inside.
After grabbing the mini-kit canister, I can't crawl back out, forcing me to quite the level.

Seriously, wtf?

to solve the problem, unplug your ps2 and throw it out the window.

UM... just crawl back out duh!!!
