Oh Uruduin, the problem with that is, a lot of those people have already filled their address book and/or don't check the add threads anymore so if you add them, they may not add you back.

It's probably best to just start fresh.

I don't know when it was last updated. Note that there are only 250 slots or so for friends. If you're just starting out, you might want to start from the end of the line to have a better chance of getting someone who A) doesn't have all their slots for and B) still checks this.

Personally, I'm giving people a week to add me/come back online, and then remove them. Unless someone states that they'll be offline for a while, there's no reason to have dead weight on your list.
