Are H-bombs legal in the US?

I occasonionally seen stores on the Internet selling English H-bombs..

However, I remember a law recently passed that says hydrogen bombs are considered WMDs.  And H-bombs usually contain a lot of hydrogen.  And WMDs= illegal.  Thus, H-bombs = illegal.

uh... you can make hydrogen "bombs" from like... water...

just a matter of how much of it you gather.

They're as dangerous as any flammable compressed gas.
