Shenmue problem

Okay so I insert my Shenmue cds into the :d and then run the emulator but when I press "play" nothing happens but "insert game cd" message
anyone know what to do?

Oh and I use Chankast to play this game

Are they the legit pressed-CD's or CDR backups you downloaded?

Chankast will only boot self-bootable backups - legit CD's or burnt games that require a boot disc will NOT work.

Well I bought them from a shop with hopes I WOULDN'T have to do that.. but oh well, I'd probably buy one soon anyways thanks
