PSU PC Box Contents?

hey just picked up Phantasy Star Universe for PC, won't have a chance to install it til later tonight, but I'm a bit concerned.  Inside the box was only the game disc and the instruction manual.  Shouldn't there be a CD-Key somewhere?

Also, is there a 1 month trial period for online play?  Thanks.

Nope.  You don't even need the DVD to play the game once it's installed
