can someone help me with this?
i cant start the demo i cant start the full game
when i start i get a grey screen and then i'm getting back to the desktop without any error

Get a hold of microsoft, it sounds like the disc didn't copy right or you are missing code.  The other question is is it modded because that can cause disagreements with code too.

more like a driver issue. prey uses opengl, which built in microsoft video drivers do not support.
