I apologize if this question's been asked before, but a search didn't seem to pull up solutions for my specific issue. Also I wasn't sure if I should be putting this post in the DS or GBA forums, but since the hardware's a DS...
I recently received a JP DS Lite for a gift, one which included a SuperCard SD, presumably for the homebrew and the backups and such.
I'm kind of new to the whole ROM scene, and this is the first time I've tried downloading DS ROMs.
Anyway, I used the Supercard software to output the downloaded ROMs to my SD card. Upon cursory inspection the DS ROMs seemed to work fine, and seemed to save and everything.
However, the few GBA ROMs I included on the card wouldn't load. They generally stopped at the Gameboy loading screen, the "Nintendo" text corrupted, just as it looked if you powered on a GBA with the cart improperly seated.
I tried reseating the card, re-converting the roms with and without compression, and wiping the card and reloading it, but nothing seems to work. DS Roms work but GBA Roms don't.
Might anyone have some advice on what I should do or what I've done improperly?
My Supercard is the standard size, with a Toshiba 1Gb SD card, and all Roms are locate on the card, with no additional folders. They all list when the card is inserted, the only issue is that they refuse to load.
Any help would be welcome.
