I know there's a few good hentai games... but I'm not so into not-english stuff, so I only know two...
Dual Saber Justice - Single player 2d Fighting Game. The fighting part isn't too challenging, but it's quite fun and the survival mode and number of characters gives it pretty endless play.
Star Platinum - Single player card/puzzle game. The card game in this is innivative. Game's a bit old though, so I dunno how well it's aged.

You mean Duel Savior? Fuck that game, they should've ditched the 20 hours of erostory text bullshit and worked on making it a GREAT nonstop 2d action battling game. SO much fucking potential absolutely wasted by including nongame content.
A game called STAH PRATINUM based on cards? Oh the oddity, but its an erogame? It sounds like it'd probably be more fun/sell better if it were actually a JOJO card battler.

I think that Duel Savior's actually getting ported to the PS2. Sans-Hentai I think.
Anyhow, it's fun, but without all that filler, there isn't really that much to the game. It's just so damn... easy.
