What should I look for at E3?

I suddenly was given entry to E3 yesterday, but since E3 is huge like Xbox, and I'll be only there for one day, what games/system should I be looking to expeirence? I've been out of the loop about gaming for the last few months, so I don't know what would be "must try". The only things I can think of are the obvious Wii, PS3 and Tekken 6,... Any suggestions greatly appreciated

Booth babes at E3 this year won't be as sexy, according to last years press, in terms of clothing.  They had to tone it down for forgot what the reason was.
