Technical Issue with Rapelay

Hey guys, I'm having trouble with Rapelay. It's being very glitchy in Edit mode, where the man and the women are standing in the exact same place at all times, in the exact same position, and the womans head isn't attached to her body. None of the actions I've placed are happenning, exept for sounds. Is there a way to fix this?
