Since the last thread seems to have been swallowed up when /ogame/ got nixed, I think we should have another one.
Anyway, I've had Subsistence since the first day, but I only started playing online yesterday when I bought a PS2 network adaptor. Thankfully there is still a healthy active community (900+ as of last night). It's my first online console gaming experience since the 2K1 Dreamcast sports games over dial-up.
Admittedly, I never liked the new camera system in single-player mode. For multi, however, it's understandable. Still, I find it pretty hard to manage sometimes, especially when you're in the middle of some fast-paced close-quarters action. My favorite mode by far is Capture, though Rescue seems interesting too.
So anyway, let's get another list of 4channer names started. You'll find me playing as earbenT.
P.S. I'll be heading out to buy a USB headset later in the day. Right now I'm thinking a Logitech 250 or 360. Any suggestions?
