backlog stores

what are some stores that are good for finding relatively old games sold at clearance? that hold onto the games till they're all sold or something?

i think toys R us may be, they were selling startopics, i think a couple years after the NES was dead.

Find no name stores in the phonebook.  Hopefully you live in an area where no one plays games and no one can identify the popularity of a given title.

I'm sure everyone dreams of that, out of the way toy store with never opened sega saturn games, untouched by the filthy hands of scalpers.
