Everytime an update comes along, new offsets need to be found for the program. These are basically pointers to the memory that store certain data, and are needed so the program can hook into FFXI. Apparently the old cracked version won't work because it doesn't like the new one's memlocs. From the forum:

"You either need to find the new memlocs for the old one (I'm in the process of doing it along with someone else on these boards...) or crack the new one. We've got the old FFXIApp working, but several features do not work and we'd like to release the memlocs with everything working. (We'll get it out within the next couple of days I believe)"

So pray this guy isn't just talking shit like the spammy fuckers on here.

Well i got a reply back from that email that was posted two pages back. He was very upset because he's never even played ffxi. I replied saying how sorry i was, and sent him the link to the page where his email was posted. I dont know if that is some guys idea of a joke, but if it was then its definetly in poor taste, and isnt funny.

not being able to crack it doesn't mean you're an idiot it just means you may not know programming languages. if only people who could crack things themselves used cracked versions then less than 1% of the people would have cracks which 100% of gilsellers still have their bots.
