Anybody know people who think they magically know how to race because they're really good at Gran Turismo?

Anybody know people who take pride in naming all the guns in a movie based on what they learned from Counter-Strike, and also think that they are expert marksmen for doing so?

had a friend in highschool who thought he could fly any aircraft cause he (as he would say it) "mastered the simulators" of every game that contains some form of aircraft flying.
