Hypothetical brewery/still

Hello, /food/!
Not sure if this is the right place for this question, but theoretically supposing someone were to make a small home brewery, or possibly a still in a dorm room, how would one keep it secret? Are there any tips or tricks for concealment, equipment, or processes that would make this easier or less risky? Any health concerns I should be aware about? BTW, this hypothetical dormie has no roommate, but has a coffee maker, if that helps.

Unless your dorm room has a kitchen with a range, sink, drain, etc. You couldn't brew in it really.

Make home made wine. It is a lot easier, and you can experiment more. Try other fruits, boysenberry for instance is supposed to be rather good.

brewing is easy, stilling is tough.
paying attention in Biology 101/Chemistry 101 is prudent.
