Dealing with vegeboos

Hi, my girlfriend frequents another girl that is a "vegetarian."  This "vegetarian" hallucinates that meat is bad for humans.  Which is common amongst vegeboos.  I'd like to help this vegeboo out with her mental disorder.  Any pointers?  I mean I feel bad that she's gonna miss out on things like taste and more importantly ruin her precious health.
