The other day I saw some guy (who was a white American) complaining about how the food in most American Chinese restaurants is not "authentic". His idea of authentic was all this expensive crap personally cooked by a chef. I doubt the average man in China has access to that.

What I've heard is chinese food here in america is tailored to american taste, basically frying everything they have and serving it to us. Americans like fried food I guess. Anyways, some places have a whole other menu for chinese people, the "real" stuff.
Does it drive anyone else nuts to order chinese food? I hate hearing "herro!" everytime I dial their fucking number. And then they can't understand what I'm saying, and I can understand what the fuck theyre saying in engrish. Fucking gooks...
