Pretty much any fast food or packaged food found in a supermarket or convenience store. Anything with high fructose corn syrup, partially hygrogenated oils, or tons of sugar and preservatives. Specifically McDonald's, Burger King, Taco Bell, Wendy's, hostess, oreos, and donuts. I drink soda occasionally, and avoid high sugar generic brands.
