Rice

What are great things you can do with rice? 

White rice, a raw egg, and little soysauce mixed together has been a favorite of mine, with the risk of salmonella providing the extra sense of danger.  I don't know if there's a specific name for this.

Potatoes for the win. Rice has no flavor of its own, it simply tastes like whatever else you mix it with.
