There's a food (soup) based on goat's meat and, the most ordered by ppl, organs. Eyes, testicles, feet, tongue, brain(my fav), you name it. Usually a bowl of soup comes with five portions of different parts that you choose. My favourite is two parts of meat, one cheek meat, and a brain (it counts as two portions, the same goes for feet)
Goat's brain taste somewhat bitter and it's highly rich in cholesterol so I don't eat it so often (mostly once in 2-4 weeks). I consider it as tasty, tho :>
